The article is devoted to the problem of forming an interactive bureaucracy in the context of the introduction of technology service in terms of socio-legal and political reality of modern Russia. The author explores the consequences of information systems management workflow state legal means, analyzes the contradictions of the process of becoming an interactive Russian bureaucracy, makes recommendations for correcting the legal regulation reform "the service of the state."
